Earrings For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

The item(s) must be in an unused condition packed securely with proof of purchase in the packaging and include any free or promotional items also in unused condition.
Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
As the parcel remains the customer's responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about the return.
We are not liable to refund you if the jewellery item is returned to us broken. please enclose any additional items (jewellery box, promotional gifts).
Once you have added all items and the returns form pack the items back in the parcel and send it back, via recorded delivery.
